Calls regarding billing and insurance questions will be referred to our billing staff or their voicemail. The billing department is available for questions Monday through Thursday from 8a.m. until 2 p.m.

Routine medical concerns will be screened by our clinical staff.

More complex issues will be passed to the physician for a return call. Urgent calls will be returned immediately. If you have a true emergency, your call will immediately be directed to a physician.
