Urgent Care

We accept walk-ins during our regular office appointment times Monday – Thursday. We do our best to work you in to our schedule as quickly as possible. From 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. everyday we are strictly a walk-in clinic. Walk-ins will be seen on their order of arrival, With emergencies being priority.

Privacy

We consider our service an extension of the care you receive from your family physician, not a replacement. We feel it is important for your doctor to be kept informed of your care.  Every time you visit our urgent care clinic, we will fax your doctor a summary of visits for your chart.

Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans and are happy to assist you in processing your claims. Please help us by having your insurance information available when you schedule your appointments or come in for urgent care. Insurance co-pays are expected at the time of service.

If you have an insurance plan we do not participate in, we will be happy to see you for urgent care on a fee for service basis.

If you are without insurance, payment is expected at time of service unless special arrangements have been made with our billing department prior to your visit.
